The Challenge is a sketch which is at the Cute Card Thursday blog , It is a wonderful sketch and I just needed to get my head out of the clouds to finish it and yet I still feel like i could have done more with it.

I used a CC designs Sugar Plums Trim The Tree from all that scraps, stamp I've had
I added a few Wild Orchid Crafts flowers, and some holly leaves I had from somewhere else, I paper pieced the dress with Chatterbox paper I've had forever called Holiday Sprinkles, with SU CS and a little sentiment from my PC:-)

Tags, Ticket or flags Oh My

Happy Friday Everyone!
Crafts 4 Eternity has an embellishment Theme This week and Here is what you need to do:
We would like you to use at least ONE of the following embellishments on your card:
1.Flags
2. Tickets
3. Tags
The prize this week is being given by our wonderful sponsor Crafty Sentiments:-) and is a choice of 4 digi images !

I used a Mo Manning image, that I have had and never got to use, I know Summer is nearing its end but it is still hot out and he is adorable, Nesto is his name! I am adding this to my Gallery over at Color Me Creative also since it was colored with just Copic Markers
I used dimensional glaze for the pail and the pail on Nesto's head too! sea shells got a bit of stickles on them in spots, and crystal glitter here and there for my sand:-)
I made my tag out of teal green glitter paper and added a ticket I have had saved on my PC from I think a dt member but can not remember. The paper is some left over DCWV and the rhinestones were colored with my Copic markers to match the pail. I went with bright colors because it's a fun image, so why not go bold:-) LOL
Other challenges I would like to add this to are:
Paper Crafting Journey: Anything goes
Craft Us Crazy: Anything goes
Stamp Insanity: Anything Goes
Have a great weekend everyone! Thank you for stopping by for a visit:-)

Wedding theme for Cute Card Thursday

Hi to Everyone out there:-)
Here's a new challenge for Cute Card Thursday, This week we are asking that you make a wedding themed card! I found the perfect image I have been wanting to color from Mo Manning.
Our sponsor this week is Simon Says Stamps. They are giving the winner of this challenge a $20.00 credit voucher! You have to be in it to win so get your creative juices flowing:-) and create!! For more info about the challenge click on Cute card thursday above and it will take you to the blog:-)
I colored the image with Copic Markers, using taupe/cream as I didn't want it stark white, I was looking for a more sutle coloring instead of bright white.
Here is a closeup of a Martha Stewart jumbo corner punch I have, with added pearls
The coloring on this picture is off, I was experimenting with my new camera and finally called it a day after getting a bit frustrated:-) No matter what I did the cream bow looks yellow and the finished piece is much prettier in person! I used a piece of bazzill wedding striped satin paper with a piece of vanilla and splash bazzill CS.
Thank you for visiting my page, I hope you have enjoyed what I came up with this week:-)
Supplies Used:
Copic: E11, E00, E000, B95, B91, W8, W6, W5, W3, E42, E41, E40 & Colorless, E35, E25, E31, E77
Image: Mo Manning: Bride & Groom (Dancing)
corner punch Martha stewart, Jumbo set
Ribbon: Stampin Up
small Pearls & Pearl swirl:Want2scrap.com
Large pearls are from my stash:-)

I used an image from a set from Inky Antics called Pretty Posey Honey Pop, It is supposed to go with the honey comb paper that inside the card you stamp and cut the honey comb paper and it becomes a Pop up! I will make one and post it so you can see what I mean:-)
I'm not sure what the deal was on the day I made this other then the humidity but my copic markers were not playing nice at all! it was the same paper i always use but the blending was horrible:-( Boy is it hard to only play with certain colors:-) but that's why its called a "challenge"

Sundays with Crissy K.I.S.S. Challenge

Hello everyone!
I can't believe the months have been flying by for me! I just got back from CHA in Chicago and met quite a few wonderful people:-) I had a blast and spent too much money, I even did a new airport with my 12 year old, haha Normally my trips consist of home to Orlando, Florida but nope not anymore, Call me the Gypsy girl:-)
This months challenge for Sundays with Crissy is "Keep It Simple Stamper" keep it as simple as you can, Haha. I used Crissys older image called Warm Winter Wishes, because I felt in the mood for a winter theme digi:-)

Can you see the hint of Martha Stewart Chunky glass glitter?? That was all I really used other then the ribbons
Here's a bit closer look at the glitter glistening I love how it ended up on just spots !
See here I really did keep it simple! Very hard for me but I really like It's simple concept. I added the ribbon to the inside part of the card as the front I cut shorter so I could add the ribbon the way it is....something different all around today for me. I made a computer generated sentiment and used my Stampin Up circle punches for the mats. I used Copic markers to color the images, easy peasy! Now why not go and make a simple creation and enter it in the challenge with us?? I am going now to enjoy my youngest son and my time away in Yes Disney, where you all know I love to spend my time:-) This is our big vacation for the summer, I enjoy getting to spend time with Ryan as he is 12 and there may not be many more years that he will love spending time with his "mom" He is my last child, my little guy is not little anymore , (Tear) and I am running against time to cram in as many happy memories with "mom & Dad" as I can before the girlfriends and then wife take that time from us:-)
Have a great week, Thank you so much for spending time at my blog today:-)
Supplies Used:
Copic Markers: W0, W1, E40, E41, W5, W4, BG0000, BG000, BG01, BG10,BG11, Y35, YR15, R35, R37, R59,
